Most of us have been there - we plan on having "just one", then one becomes two, two becomes three...then because we've already "failed", we may as well go all in and drink far more than we wanted to.
Overdrinking and overeating often go hand in hand. Here, I talk through some of the ways you can manage your mind to help you reduce or even stop drinking altogether (if that's what you want to do).
