Your host Dr Amruti Choudhry is a Physician (Doctor) in the UK and a multi award winning, triple certified Life and Weight Loss Coach. She lost over 92 pounds (42 kg) in her weight loss journey without any surgery, extreme diets or weight loss pills. Negativity bias is your brain's way to keep you safe.
Your brain wants you to seek pleasure, avoid pain and stay as you are.
It offers negativity bias to stop you doing anything new, in an attempt to protect you. This keeps you delaying losing weight or making any positive changes (which feel scary for the brain).
