But in this day and age, there are so many false pleasures that always have a net negative, and can be a major barrier to achieving permanent weight loss.

Their inner critic offers them thoughts like, "why haven't you done this, you're not good enough, nobody likes you....", which of course doesn't feel good.
It's something that I've been working on, and still do every day.
